alull(이하 “운영자”)은 alullCCTV(이하 “본 앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 처리방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 안내합니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

본 앱은 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 변경될 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

본 앱은 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 Google이 제공하는 Firebase / Google Drive / Google Play 결제 등 사용자 본인의 Google 계정 기반 서비스에 저장됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 아래의 처리위탁(섹션 5)을 위해 위탁 처리자가 데이터를 처리합니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사방법

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

조회: 앱 내 “기기 관리” 화면에서 등록된 기기·이벤트 확인
정정: 기기 별칭 변경
삭제: 앱 내에서 기기 삭제, Drawer의 “로그아웃” → 계정 삭제 요청, 또는 alulltro@gmail.com으로 요청
처리 정지: 동작 감지 기능 비활성화, 광고 ID 재설정(OS 설정), 권한 회수
동의 철회: Google 계정 연결 해제 → 본 앱의 모든 데이터 처리 중단

요청 시 운영자는 10영업일 이내에 처리합니다. 미성년자(만 14세 미만)는 법정대리인이 권리를 행사합니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기

파기 절차: 사용자 삭제 요청 또는 보유기간 도래 시 즉시 파기
파기 방법:
- 전자적 파일: Firebase RTDB / Auth에서 영구 삭제
- Google Drive 백업: 본 앱은 사용자 Drive에 접근만 하며, 운영자가 임의로 삭제하지 않습니다. 사용자가 Drive에서 직접 삭제

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

전송 중 암호화: WebRTC DTLS-SRTP, Firebase HTTPS/WSS
저장 시 암호화: Google이 제공하는 표준 암호화 (Firebase / Drive at-rest encryption)
접근 통제: Firebase Security Rules로 사용자별 데이터 격리 (users/{uid}/...)
최소 수집 원칙: 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소 항목만 수집
운영자 비접근: 운영자는 사용자의 영상·음성 콘텐츠에 접근하지 않으며, 기술적으로도 접근 권한이 없습니다 (사용자 본인의 Google Drive에 저장됨)

9. 광고 ID(Advertising ID) 및 행태정보

비구독 사용자에게 광고를 표시하기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용하며, 광고 ID가 처리됩니다.

광고 ID 재설정·삭제: Android 설정 → Google → 광고 메뉴에서 가능
맞춤 광고 거부: 같은 위치에서 “광고 ID 삭제”
프리미엄 구독 시 광고 표시 및 광고 ID 처리 중단

10. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만임이 확인된 경우 즉시 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다. 보호자가 자녀의 데이터 삭제를 요청하는 경우 alulltro@gmail.com으로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

11. 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지 상단의 “최종 수정일”을 갱신하며, 중대한 변경은 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다.

alull (“we”) values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and Google Play’s Data Safety requirements. This Privacy Policy describes how alullCCTV (“the App”) processes personal data.

2. Data We Collect

We do not operate our own servers. All data is stored in services provided by Google (Firebase, Google Drive, Google Play Billing) under your own Google account.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

Access: View your registered devices and events in the “Device Management” screen
Correct: Edit device aliases
Delete: Remove devices in-app, request account deletion via alulltro@gmail.com
Restrict processing: Disable motion detection, reset Advertising ID, revoke permissions
Withdraw consent: Unlink Google account → all processing ceases

Requests will be honored within 10 business days.

7. Data Destruction

On deletion request or end of retention, data is permanently removed from Firebase Auth/RTDB. Drive backups are under your control — we do not delete them on your behalf.

8. Security Measures

In transit: WebRTC DTLS-SRTP, Firebase HTTPS/WSS
At rest: Standard Google encryption (Firebase/Drive)
Access control: Firebase Security Rules isolate data per user (users/{uid}/...)
Minimization: Only data strictly necessary
No operator access: We cannot access user audio/video — recordings are stored in your Google Drive

9. Advertising ID

For non-subscribers, Google AdMob is used and the Android Advertising ID is processed.

Reset/delete Advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads
Subscribing to Premium disables ads and stops Advertising ID processing.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14. If we learn of such an account, it will be deleted immediately. Parents may request deletion at alulltro@gmail.com.

11. Changes

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
