운영자는 머니타임(이하 “본 앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령 및 Google Play 데이터 보안 요건을 준수합니다.

요약: 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없고 이름·이메일·전화번호를 수집하지 않습니다. 게임 진행은 전부 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 다만 ① Google AdMob 광고가 표시되며 AdMob 이 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자 등 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있고, ② 전체 랭킹과 밸런스게임 통계를 이용하는 경우에 한해 무작위 기기 식별자·이용자가 정한 닉네임·게임 점수가 운영자 서버로 전송되며, ③ 광고를 끄는 인앱 구매 1종이 있습니다. 결제는 Google Play 가 전담하며 운영자는 결제수단·카드번호· 영수증을 받지도 보관하지도 않습니다. 랭킹·통계·인앱 구매는 모두 선택 사항이며 쓰지 않으면 그로 인한 전송이 없습니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

본 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

• 기기 식별자는 앱이 최초 1회 무작위로 만들어 기기에 저장하는 값(16바이트 난수)이며, 광고 ID·IMEI·전화번호 등 기기 고유값이 아닙니다. 앱 데이터를 지우면 새 값이 만들어집니다.
• 닉네임은 이용자가 자유롭게 정하는 표시용 이름입니다. 실명을 넣지 않기를 권장합니다. 닉네임을 정하지 않으면 익명 으로 전송됩니다.
• 그 밖의 모든 게임 기록(자산·건물·업적·성향 테스트 답변·운세 등)은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 서버 통신은 전부 HTTPS 이며, 앱은 주소가 https:// 가 아니면 온라인 기능을 스스로 끕니다.
• 운영자 서버는 이용자의 IP 주소를 기록하지 않습니다.

2. 앱 권한 및 사용 목적

아래는 설치 파일이 선언하는 전체 권한 목록입니다. 앱이 직접 선언한 것과 라이브러리가 자동으로 추가한 것을 구분해 표기했습니다. 열 개 중 아홉 개가 라이브러리가 붙인 것입니다.

요청하지 않는 권한: 위치(GPS)·연락처·카메라·마이크·사진/미디어·전화·문자·캘린더· 저장소·신체활동·알림 — 어느 것도 요청하지 않습니다. 런타임 권한을 묻는 코드 자체가 없습니다.

⚠️ 성향 테스트 결과를 이미지로 공유하는 기능이 있으나, 이미지는 앱 전용 임시 폴더에 만들어져 시스템 공유 화면으로 넘겨질 뿐입니다. 갤러리·사진 접근 권한을 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 인앱 결제

본 앱에는 광고 제거 1종의 인앱 구매가 있습니다. 구매하지 않아도 모든 게임 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

• 구매 자격 확인은 Google Play 가 돌려주는 결과를 기기 안에서 그대로 반영하는 방식입니다. 운영자 서버가 영수증을 검증하지 않으므로, 결제와 관련해 운영자 서버로 오가는 통신이 없습니다.
• 결제 상태는 기기 단위입니다. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 구매 복원으로 되돌립니다.

• 광고 개인화 동의 창(UMP/GDPR 동의 양식)은 두지 않았습니다. 비개인화로만 요청하기 때문입니다.
• 본 앱은 Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics 등 별도의 분석·오류 수집 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. (다만 AdMob SDK 자체에 Google 의 측정 라이브러리가 포함되어 있으며, 위 WAKE_LOCK·AD_ID 권한이 거기서 나옵니다.)
• 랭킹·밸런스게임 데이터는 운영자 서버에만 저장되며 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
• 그 외 어떤 목적으로도 개인정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 보유 및 파기

• 기기 안의 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 랭킹·밸런스게임 데이터: 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하면 지웁니다. 요청은 otrodevym@gmail.com 으로 앱 안에 표시되는 기기 식별자와 함께 보내주세요.
• 인앱 구매 내역: 운영자가 보관하는 것이 없습니다. 구매 기록은 Google Play 계정에 남습니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리

이용자는 언제든 랭킹 참여를 중단할 수 있고, 위 주소로 자신의 랭킹·통계 기록의 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 만 14세 미만 아동

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 특정 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

• 최소화: 로그인·실명·연락처를 받지 않습니다.
• 전송 구간 암호화: 서버 통신은 전부 HTTPS 이며, HTTPS 가 아니면 앱이 온라인 기능을 스스로 끕니다.
• 기기 내 우선: 게임 기록은 기본적으로 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
• 결제 정보 미보유: 결제는 Google Play 가 전담하고 운영자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 접속 기록 미보관: 운영자 서버는 이용자의 IP 주소를 기록하지 않습니다.

Summary: No account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number. Game progress is stored on your device. However ① Google AdMob ads are shown and AdMob may process advertising identifiers and coarse device information, ② if you use the global ranking or the balance-game statistics, a randomly generated device identifier, the nickname you choose, and your game scores are sent to the operator’s server, and ③ there is one in-app purchase that removes ads. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play — we never receive or store your payment method, card number, or receipt. Ranking, statistics, and the purchase are all optional.

• The device identifier is a 16-byte random value generated once by the app and stored on the device; it is not the advertising ID, IMEI, or phone number. Clearing app data creates a new one.
• If you set no nickname, the literal string 익명 (“anonymous”) is sent.
• All other game records (assets, buildings, achievements, quiz answers, fortunes) stay on the device only.
• Server communication is always HTTPS; the app disables its online features if the address is not https://.
• The operator’s server does not record user IP addresses.

Never requested: location (GPS), contacts, camera, microphone, photos/media, phone, SMS, calendar, storage, physical activity, notifications. The app contains no runtime-permission request code at all.

⚠️ You can share your quiz result as an image, but that image is written to the app’s own temporary folder and handed to the system share sheet. No gallery or photo permission is used.

3. In-app Purchases

The app offers one in-app purchase: ad removal. Every game feature works without it.

• Entitlement is applied on-device from the result Google Play returns. Our server performs no receipt validation, so no purchase-related traffic reaches the operator’s server at all.
• The purchase state is per device. After clearing app data or switching devices, use Restore purchases.

• There is no UMP/GDPR consent form, because ads are only ever requested non-personalized.
• The app uses no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, and no other separate analytics or crash reporting SDK. (Google’s measurement library is bundled inside the AdMob SDK, which is where the WAKE_LOCK and AD_ID permissions above come from.)
• Ranking and balance-game data are stored only on the operator’s server and are not shared with third parties.

5. Retention & Deletion

On-device data is removed when you uninstall. Ranking/statistics records are kept while the service operates and are deleted on request — email otrodevym@gmail.com with the device identifier shown in the app. We hold no purchase records; your purchase history lives in your Google Play account.

6. Your Rights

You may stop participating in the ranking at any time, and request access to or deletion of your ranking/statistics records at the address above.

7. Children

The app is not specifically directed to children under 14.

8. Security

• Minimization: no sign-in, no real name, no contact details.
• Encryption in transit: all server communication uses HTTPS; the app turns its online features off if it is not.
• Local-first: game records stay on the device by default.
• No payment data held: billing is handled by Google Play and we receive none of it.
• No access logs: the operator’s server does not record user IP addresses.

9. Changes

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
